At AfroPark our mission is to create a platform for African entrepreneurs to showcase their talents and businesses.

On 1st October 2023, AfroPark will be hosting an event primarily focused on the entrepreneurs in the AfroPark Community.

Our aim is to host an event which entrepreneurs can attend to learn and connect with each other.

The event is themed “Technology in Business: How technology can empower your business to scale, and insights into the impact of technology in creating solutions for Africa”.

The event will include fireside chats as well as a networking segment. We will be collaborating with our esteemed technology partners, and their co-founders will be guests in our fireside chats.

We will also give some attendees the chance to present 1 minute quickfire pitches at the event. This will be followed by a networking segment with drinks, music and art on display. We hope to create an atmosphere that will encourage interactions in a unique and relaxed setting.

Oblie is the CEO of AfroPark. He has over 5 years of experience in the professional services industry, assisting clients in the international investment management space.

Eli is the Director of Sales and Strategy at Pulse Ghana, with 10+ years of experience in digital media marketing and leading campaigns for local and international brands.

Yusif is the CTO of Built, with 10+ years of experience in developing software applications in the fintech space, including the extensive web and mobile application at Built.

Lovelace is a Product Manager (payments) at ZeePay, with over 5 years of experience in the fintech space, helping customers transform their digital operations.

Ewura is the Regional and Partnerships Lead at AfroPark. She has a range of experience working in various industries, including education management, marketing, and the legal sector.

Dave is the COO & Co-founder of Oze, with a range of experience building high-performing teams in digital marketing, data analytics and financial services.

Peter is the Founder and CEO, with experience working as a software engineer with companies in a wide range of industries including finance, entertainment, agriculture, logistics, education, and oil and gas.

Solomon is the Head of Business Development at Fido, with a range of experience in strategy and project management at Meltwater, First Atlantic Bank (FAB), and Barclays Bank Ghana.
